1. Hygiene & Special Seal Restrictions
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, our products are shipped with a special OULIS hygiene seal.

Important: We can only accept returns if the product is completely unused, unaltered, and the hygiene seal remains fully intact and unbroken.

If the hygiene seal has been broken, torn, opened, or tampered with, the item is strictly ineligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

In its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please use our digital system:

Navigate to our website and log into your Customer Account using the email address associated with your order.

Select the order and the specific items you wish to return, select a reason, and click Request Return.

Once we review your request, you will receive an automated email with the designated return shipping address and instructions.
5. Inspections & Refunds
Once your return is received at our facility, our team will inspect the item and the hygiene seal. We will immediately notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved: Your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

If rejected: (e.g., if the hygiene seal is broken or the product shows signs of use), the item will not be refunded, and we can ship it back to you at your expense.
